I was working with a lender and felt I wasn't getting the best responses to my questions and was being pushed aside. A family friend of mine told me to contact Mary and after about a twenty minute conversation on the phone with her late one night when I thought I'd only leave her a voice mail, I decided to work with Mary instead. She was super attentive, gave me thorough answers to my questions in terms that I understood, and most importantly, showed up to the closing (something that doesn't happen very often in my experience). She has been a HUGE help all throughout the process and made sure all the ducks were in a row. Her digital uploading of documents and security of the documents was fantastic and made me feel that my information was safe. I would HIGHLY recommend Mary to anyone who is buying a home. My husband and I place a lot of emphasis on customer service and hers is the best I have ever seen. She would take the time to call after hours and explain/walk through any questions that we had. If she didn't answer due to an appointment you could expect a call back in an hour. She ended up being a main reason our deal got done, let alone as quickly as it did. Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Use Mary and you won't be disappointed!
