I found Mary to be everything she claims to be. Unlike some lenders who say they are responsive, timely, helpful, etc., then you find your small home equity loan just isn't as important to them as another person's jumbo loan. It was easy to see Mary loves what she does but most of all she truly loves helping people. She answered all my questions with patience and always got back to me right away when I left her a voicemail or an email. I'm not a first time home buyer and have done many refi's in my day, so I can say with much confidence that anyone who decides to have Mary as their Lender...WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Mary was nothing short of incredible to work with every step of the way. Mary contacted me through Zillow after I filled out a pre-qualification survey on Zillow.com. I was initially hesitant to provide someone I had never met with my social security number and other important information needed to estimate a loan approval rate; however, Mary talked with me for over an hour and answered every question I had about the loan/home buying process.
