Mary is obviously exceptional in her field. Everyone attached to the loan stated that the preparation, gathering of information, and execution of the process was incredible. All loose ends were tied at the initial submission of the application. They also stated that it was incredible to secure the loan in the short time that was necessary to be in time for closing. Mary's attention to detail, guidance, and counseling were simply outstanding. She is a good egg!!!! I have applied for prior mortgage loans. The process is a very unpleasant scavenger hunt. Requests usually come in drips and drabs. Loan officers tend to have flat personalities and just keep adding things to the list as they seem to remember them. In no particular order. Mary is extremely pleasant and made the painful process much easier. I would have appologized to her if we were unable to secure the loan. I felt I was in good hands and was represented well during this process.
