Excellent service
We had a super smooth, super easy experience with Zlatan. He provided almost instantaneous responses to any questions we had, followed up without being prompted (something even our attorney commented on), and generally made the home buying process a pleasant experience for us. In addition, he stayed on top of his work and re-negotiated a lower rate for us once the market conditions improved with only 4 days left until closing! Z was great to work with. We found ourselves in a pickle with our original broker (recommended by our realtor), and Z came in and was able to save the day within a tight window (less than ~2 weeks to close).
Not only was he a great liaison between our agent/attorney and sellers representatives, but he was able to explain and answer all questions that first-time buyers could possibly have.
