Zlatan Hodzic was great! He responded fast to emails, and the first thing he did was offer to meet up and explain the mortgage lending process to me, from start to finish, including covering the estimated closing costs and explaining exactly why one is paying all these different things.And while we were getting the mortgage figured out, he was quick in letting me know which documents I needed to get him, and was responsive in letting me know when they were received and if any had issues. He also was great at communicating with my real estate agent and my attorney, so everyone was kept in the loop while the closing process happened.I'll definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to purchase a home, or has any other mortgage needs. Great guy, easy to get a hold of, and made sure I was never in the dark during any of the process.

Zlatan was recommended to me by a co-worker and friend, and from the first email, I knew I'd be happy working with Zlatan. He kept me up to date with everything, clearly explained what was needed and when, and was very timely with responses, even during 'non-business' hours. I work midnights, so it's not always easy for me to communicate with people who are not on my same shift pattern, so Zlatan and I ended up doing everything through email, which all things considered, went incredibly smooth. I really felt like Zlatan was working with my best interests in mind throughout the process and I feel like he did everything he could to help me out and make the entire situation as easy and as stress free as possible.
