After having a poor experience with the broker who handled the loan for my first condo purchase, I feel like I lucked out by getting connected with Zlatan. Z handled my refinancing and not only was he able to get me the best rate, but I genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind from beginning to end. Normally when looking at Yelp reviews I would be weary of all 5 star reviews, but I can honestly say that in this case each one is well deserved. Zlatan is extremely professional, responsive, well informed, and proactive. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain to me the underlying reasons and pros/cons of each situation. He came to the closing to provide additional support and add feedback on any fees, forms, and next steps.
