- 90 consecutive days of active service during wartime
- 181 days of active service during peacetime

Regarding credit requirements, you may qualify for 100% VA Loan financing from UHL with a credit score of 620 or more.
If you are subject to VA loan limits, the loan limit correlates to your county’s conforming loan limit. All counties in the state of Ohio have a loan limit of $647,200 for a single-unit property. You can check out multi-unit limits by county here.
VA buyers in Ohio also may benefit from a property tax exemption. Specifically, disabled veterans may receive a property tax exemption of up to $50,000 of the market value of their residence if the veteran is 100% disabled as a result of service.
