Mike Dulla founded United Home Loans in 2002 with a simple philosophy: to provide mortgage consultation that creates responsible homeowners for life. Since that time, UHL grew from a small brokerage to a full-service mortgage banking operation, boasting thousands of happy clients and over $3 billion in closed loans.
Earlier in his career, Mike worked as a mortgage banker and branch manager for Market Street Mortgage. It was during that time he perfected his mortgage expertise and leadership abilities, moving on to build the most knowledgeable loan team in greater Chicago. “From a client perspective, the mortgage process is emotional and complicated,” he states. “United Home Loans makes it better by knowing more and sharing that knowledge with clients.” Mike holds a business degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an active member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals (IAMP) and the Illinois Association of Mortgage Bankers (IMBA).
