Zlatan is fantastic! I had a horrible closing experience and he was absolutely brilliant! Very patient and kind throughout and willing to work to ensure I maintained a good rate and stayed positive. Answered all my questions before I had them, which is AMAZING because I ask a lot of questions! I would recommend Zlatan to EVERYONE! Without question the best in the business. Just sad I will not be buying another house anytime soon to get to work with him again!!!!

When it comes to SPEED in response, being thorough, or getting things DONE, Z was magnificent! He ALWAYS got back to me quickly, and was very patient with my questions (ANNOYING questions might I add, yes I'm that guy). He is consistent, and even took the time out to learn a specific software that I needed him to use (which saved me an hour drive to his office at the time). I give him ALOT of credit because during the time of my critical last week in obtaining final approval, he was going thru a BIG family crisis and made ZERO excuses. He honored his commitment to helping me and my family find a home. I'm absolutely blessed, and grateful to have had him in my corner. Thank you Z!
