Great Experience!
Carrie was simply awesome! Being a first-time home buyer, I was a little anxious about the whole process but Carrie answered all of my questions (no matter how many times I asked them) promptly. Emails were usually responded to on the same day. She followed up weekly to see how my home search was going and offered advice where she could. She was very organized. I closed on time and the actual closing went very smoothly (less than 2 hours). I could not be happier with the service that I received from Carrie Stone and the rest of her team!

Carrie assisted us with our first home purchase and was simply amazing! She thoroughly explained the home-buying process, helped us understand our budget and buying power, answered all our questions, and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. She did a great job of keeping us on track for our closing date by providing us with document submission deadlines (and she always gave us updates on our loan status as we progressed). Carrie is certainly very good at her job, but I want to point out the most important thing about our experience: Carrie was always a joy to talk to! She was excited for us from the very beginning and helped us see that the homebuying process is not as daunting as we initially thought.
