Connor is very quick to respond to texts and emails and also thinking quickly on his feet. He caught a problem in the final days of closing and realized the seller credit couldn't be more than a certain amount due to a 5% closing cost, but was able to still get me the full original credit amount by getting a discount applie to another area of the costs.
