Patrick Martin, Vice President of Mortgage Lending, started out in the real estate industry as a commercial broker. He soon realized that the financing aspect of real estate was where his real interest is. Moreover, working with homeowners and their families to secure the funds to make as tremendous a purchase as a home was a truly rewarding path.

Every homeowner’s situation is unique and I am there to make sure they walk away with the best-fit loan for their financial success.”Patrick received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii and a Master’s degree from UIC, where he was also a member of their division 1 baseball team. So, when Patrick is not helping clients enjoy the best mortgage experience possible, you can find him scoring runs for the United Home Loans softball team.
