Over the top servicing
Meg and her team went over the top servicing us in securing financing for a new construction condo. Despite a continuous set of delays from the seller/developer, Meg was able to make sure we did not incur any additional costs. While the closing was made difficult by the seller, Meg's group had everything exactly in order to make sure that the closing happened as planned. All through the process, no call went unanswered or unreturned on a timely basis. We were never left wondering what was going on with the financing part of the transaction. I would not use anyone else to finance my homes.
