Reviews
I can’t thank Chris enough for getting my deal closed! He went above and beyond and communicated with me wherever and whenever worked best—yes, even at the bar, early in the morning and late at night, and on weekends. He was patient through the whole process, always worked in my best interest, and made sure everything happened on my timeline (not the other way around). Honestly, it felt like I had a lender, a coach, and a therapist all in one. If you need someone who actually cares and doesn’t disappear when things get inconvenient, Chris and United Home Loans is the one you want in your corner. He’s patient enough to walk me through the process without making me feel like I was asking the same question for the 12th time (which I definitely was). He didn’t just push to get the deal closed—he worked around my schedule, in my best interest, and on my timeframe. Honestly, I think he may have added “mortgage therapist” to his job description after dealing with me. Bottom line: if you want a lender who goes above and beyond, answers when it’s inconvenient for him but convenient for you, and somehow makes the stressful mortgage process borderline enjoyable, don’t look any further. This is not the first time I have worked with them and wont be the last.
Chris provided great communication and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole loan process.
