"I do not look at a mortgage as a singular transaction. Your mortgage is an investment, and it’s important that you have the right kind of mortgage that not only fits your current needs, but also aligns with your goals and expectations for the future. It’s my job to work closely with you before, during and after the loan process to ensure your mortgage stays in line with these goals."

Chris has been with United Home Loans since 2004. Throughout his tenure in mortgage lending, Chris has focused on helping both first time and move up homebuyers finance their new home. Aside from existing homes, he has helped finance hundreds of new construction homes in near-Chicago communities. Not only focusing on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, Chris regularly works with Jumbo and FHA financing. Being well-seasoned in all aspects of the mortgage industry, Chris has closed over 1,000 loans as a mortgage banker with United Home Loans.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science from the Purdue University in 2002 and is a graduate of Riverside Brookfield High School. He is a member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals (IAMP), the Illinois Association of Mortgage Bankers (IMBA) and is certified by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). Chris is licensed to originate mortgage loans by the states of Illinois, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin.

Chris’s mission is to clearly communicate the loan process and provide you with realistic expectations from day one through the day you close. He is dedicated to ongoing-service and embraces the “client-for-life” motto. Just as many people have a financial advisor to manage the asset side of their balance sheet – you need a mortgage debt advisor to manage the liability side.
