New Math Helps Values
The Tribune reported that home values stabilized in February of this year as compared to one year ago, if distressed sales are eliminated from the comparison. Read Article

Inflation Data Reported Later This Week
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) will be reported on Friday. This report is a widely watched measure of consumer inflation and will tell us where rates are going to go over the short term.

Home Price Declines Moderating?
The Wall Street Journal reported last week that home price declines may be moderating. While the report does not state that home prices are increasing, it does suggest that the pace by which they are declining is slowing down. Read Article
